MIIXS was created with the Insurance Inspection Services Industry in mind. Using the latest technology and the World Wide Web, MIIXS was designed to deliver the following:

• Streamlined report gathering and processing for the Inspection Services Industry.
• Resolving of internal bottlenecks in processing. Specifically: Production, Quality Control, Management, Administration, Accounting, and Report/Product Delivery to Clients.
• Provide the Client (Insurance Companies) with industry-based report/end-product standards in the form of XML-based report data, giving the ability to integrate MIIXS data into their own Policy Management System.
• Provide an off-site Storage and Retrieval Hosting System for both the Inspection Companies & their Clients. This reduces hardware, software, and/or physical storage space needs and associated costs for document/report handling.

MIIXS is a fully electronic remote/field-based Report Gathering, Transmittal, & Workflow Completion System that handles and expedites the following:

• Production - Work assignment, report completion & transmittal back to the home office.
• Administration - Review, management, quality control and validation.
• Accounting - Client billing and inspector’s earnings detail for accounts receivable and payroll/accounts payable purposes.

Up to and through the finished report delivered to your clients ready for:

• Viewing (including pictures), Printing, Downloading.
• Integration via XML-based data into their proprietary system(s).
• Offsite storage & retrieval of all current/previously completed reports.
